Aimil Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join its dynamic marketing team in Delhi HQ. The role involves end-to-end product management, brand planning, and strategic execution in the pharmaceutical sector.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and brand plans for assigned products
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis & identify growth opportunities
  • Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and training programs
  • Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, and Medical teams for smooth execution
  • Track product performance, market trends & customer insights
  • Prepare promotional materials, presentations & product communication tools
  • Ensure compliance with pharma regulations & industry guidelines

✅ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA in Marketing preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharma product/brand management
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas & pharma market dynamics
  • Proven track record of brand growth and successful product management
  • Excellent communication, analytical & presentation skills
