  • Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / RBM (1st Line Manager)
  • Location: South Delhi
  • Experience: Relevant pharma field sales leadership experience
  • Specialization: Gyn & Gastro segment experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Medical Representatives across the South Delhi region.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, doctors, and healthcare institutions.
  • Strategize regional sales plans and monitor execution at field level.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation for team members.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
  • Strong leadership and proven track record in pharma sales management.
  • Excellent communication, team handling, and business development skills.
  • Ability to deliver results in specialty segments (Gyn & Gastro preferred).
