Job Details:

  • Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
  • Location: Pondicherry
  • Eligibility: Senior Medical Representatives / First-Line Managers
  • Experience: Relevant pharma sales experience, preferably in Cardio-Diabetic segment
  • Age Limit: Up to 32 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives across the assigned territory.
  • Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Provide training, motivation, and performance monitoring of team members.
  • Strategize and execute territory-level sales plans for the Cardio-Diabetic division.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
  • Proven track record in pharma sales or first-line team management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and market knowledge.
  • Ability to deliver results in competitive specialty segments.
