Job Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and decision-makers. Provide updated medical knowledge and resolve queries.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, highlighting features, benefits, and therapeutic value.
  • Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets by creating demand, implementing strategies, and maximizing territory potential.
  • Territory Management: Maintain regular visit schedules, manage customer data, and deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Market Research: Track competitor activity, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Training & Education: Participate in medical conferences and provide scientific updates to healthcare professionals.
  • Compliance: Follow all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to execute strategies.

Candidate Requirements
