Job Description:
Rebrace Pharma, one of the fastest-growing pharmaceutical companies from Kolkata, is looking for Medical Representatives (Associates) to promote and build brands across Gastroenterology, Surgery, Gynaecology, and Physician segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key healthcare professionals.
  • Promote and detail company products effectively to drive prescriptions and sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market penetration.
  • Manage assigned territory, track activities, and provide accurate sales reports.
  • Stay updated on medical trends and competitor activities.
  • Participate in product training, CME programs, and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate (B.Sc / M.Sc preferred, others can apply).
  • 1–3 years’ Pharma sales experience (Gastro preferred).
  • Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Local candidates highly preferred.
