Regional Manager (2nd Line) – Alembic Pharma

Job Description:
Alembic Pharma is urgently looking for a Regional Manager (2nd Line) for the Cardio & Diabeto segment in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chronic brand sales, team handling, and proven performance in pharmaceutical sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve targets for chronic Cardio & Diabeto products.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area/Field Sales Managers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience as RM in chronic brand sales.
  • Strong track record of performance and team management.
  • Age: Preferably under 40 years (exceptional candidates up to 42 years).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and performance.
