Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM / ABM)
Company: Eris Lifesciences Ltd.
Segment: Cardio & Diabetic
Location (HQ): Guntur / Tirupati
Coverage Area: Guntur, Ongole, Nellore, Tirupati
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as Area Sales Manager in Cardio Diabetic division
CTC: Negotiable
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales operations for the Cardio & Diabetic segment in assigned territories.
  • Drive team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Build strong doctor, hospital, and chemist relations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Recruit, train, and guide Medical Representatives for better field productivity.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year ASM/ABM experience in Cardio & Diabetic segment is mandatory.
  • Graduate in Science/Pharma or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
