Medley Pharma is hiring a Zonal Sales Manager (3rd Line) for its Osteokare – Ortho Division. The selected candidate will oversee multiple territories including Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab & J&K, manage sales teams, drive revenue, and ensure the execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Field Sales Managers and Medical Representatives in assigned zones
  • Achieve sales targets across multiple territories
  • Develop strategies to increase market share and product penetration
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts (hospitals, doctors, distributors)
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
