Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an RSM in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Prior exposure in Gynaecology / Consulting Physician / General Practitioner segments preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team across multiple territories.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Graduate degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales and marketing operations across Karnataka.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage and mentor Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs).
  • Strengthen relationships with key doctors, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure execution of promotional plans and company strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to improve regional performance.
