Job Description

Requirements:

  • Mandatory prior experience as an Area Business Manager (ABM).
  • Age must be less than 35 years.
  • Minimum qualification of Graduation (any discipline).
  • In-depth knowledge of the territory (Ludhiana, Moga, Barnala) preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing and leading a field force team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the Medical Representatives within the assigned area.
  • Achieve divisional sales targets for the acute portfolio in Ludhiana, Moga, and Barnala.
  • Implement company strategy and tactical plans effectively across the area.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report market feedback to the management.
  • Ensure timely execution of administrative duties and sales reports.
