Job Description

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is mandatory.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, and therapeutic areas.
• Strong verbal communication skills in both English and the local language.
• Ability to effectively communicate drug uses, side effects, and clinical benefits clearly.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Build strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the company’s products.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets based on performance metrics.
• Participate actively in regular product, sales, and soft skills training programs.
