Area Business Manager

Job Description

Requirements:

• Position Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 2 years experience in the same managerial position (ABM/Area Manager).
• Area Experience: Experience must be in the same area (Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur).
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.
• Segment: Experience in the General and OTX segments is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and proven leadership ability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team covering the Ludhiana, Jalandhar, and Hoshiarpur territories.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the General and OTX segments.
• Achieve sales objectives and ensure comprehensive coverage across the assigned area.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and manage stockist relationships.
