Job Description

Requirements:

  • Location: Based in or willing to cover Darbhanga.
  • Qualification: B.Sc. & Above.
  • Experience Criteria:
    • Managerial: Minimum 2 years experience as a 1st Line Manager (ASM/ABM) is required.
    • OR Senior MR: Senior MRs can also apply, provided they have a minimum of 5 years experience and are currently working with a Top 10 Pharmaceuticals company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the field sales team within the Darbhanga territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve area revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct regular joint field work to coach and develop Medical Representatives.
  • Monitor market activities, control expenses, and ensure strict compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the area.
