Job Description

Requirements:

  • Division/Segment: Cardio Diabetic.
  • Qualification: Graduate with Good communication skills.
  • Experience Criteria:
    • Prior ABM experience is preferred.
    • OR Minimum 3-4 years experience as a Medical Representative (MR) specifically in the same South Delhi area is also eligible.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to cover the South Delhi HQ.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the field sales team (or operate as a senior individual contributor) within the South Delhi territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Cardio Diabetic portfolio.
  • Ensure the achievement of area sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with Cardiologists, Diabetologists, and key prescribers in the area.
