Job Description
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management Team (PMT) activities.
- Field Experience (Mandatory): Must have at least 1 year of experience in field sales.
- Segment Preference: Experience in OTx (Over-the-Counter) or Pharma segments is highly preferred.
- Age Limit: Strictly Below 35 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the assigned ₹100+ Cr brand portfolio.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive brand growth and profitability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product life cycle management.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns and training materials for the field force.
