Key Responsibilities

– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
– Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
– Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual targets.
– Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Experience

– Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management.
– Bachelor’s degree in any field.
– Age should not exceed 34 years.
