Key Responsibilities

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
– Achieving sales targets product-wise and value-wise on a monthly and yearly basis.
– Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, retailers, and stockists.

– Training and developing team members based on identified gaps.

Required Qualifications & Experience

– A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
