Key Responsibilities

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Providing training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A degree in any relevant field.
