1. Introduction

Welcome to HireMR.in. Our mission is to connect talented individuals with great employment opportunities in the pharmaceutical sales sector. To ensure a safe, fair, and high-quality experience for both job seekers and employers, all job postings (“Job Posts”) on our platform must adhere to the following policy. This policy is an integral part of our main Terms of Service.

2. General Guidelines

All job posts on HireMR.in must be for genuine, currently available employment opportunities. We expect all employers to be professional, transparent, and respectful in their listings.

3. Prohibited Content and Practices

To protect our community, the following types of content and practices are strictly forbidden. Violation of these rules will lead to immediate action from our moderation team.

3.1. No Discrimination

HireMR.in is an equal opportunity platform. Job posts must not contain any discriminatory language or preferences based on gender, marital status, religion, caste, creed, race, sexual orientation, age, nationality, physical or mental disability, or any other characteristic protected by Indian law. All hiring decisions must be based solely on merit and qualifications.

3.2. No Misleading, Fraudulent, or False Information

Your job post must be an accurate representation of the role. Misleading content is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect information about job duties, responsibilities, salary, location, or the nature of the employment (e.g., listing a ‘commission-only’ role as ‘salaried’).

  • Using company names, logos, or trademarks without authorization.

  • Posting on behalf of a company without their express permission.

3.3. No Fees or Upfront Investment from Candidates (with Exceptions for Platform Memberships)

Job postings on HireMR.in must not require applicants to pay any fee to apply, be interviewed, be hired, or receive training directly from the employer or recruiter.

However, HireMR.in may offer optional paid membership plans that provide added benefits to job seekers — such as the ability to view full job details, apply to certain premium jobs, or access exclusive listings. These platform-level features are entirely optional and are not linked to employment guarantees.

Any job post that falsely claims guaranteed hiring, selection fees, or asks for money from candidates during the hiring process will be removed immediately.

3.4. Prohibited Job Types

The following types of jobs are not permitted on our platform:

  • Jobs related to any illegal product, service, or activity.

  • Jobs containing adult, sexually explicit, or obscene content.

  • Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or “get-rich-quick” schemes.

  • Jobs that require candidates to surrender sensitive personal information not typically required for a job application (e.g., Aadhar number, bank account details) at the initial stage.

  • Jobs that primarily consist of posting ads, videos, or clicking links.

3.5. Formatting and Quality Standards

  • One Job Per Post: Each job post must be for a single, unique job opportunity.

  • Clear Title: The job title must be clear, professional, and accurately describe the role. Avoid using excessive symbols, capitalization, or promotional language like “Urgent Hiring!” in the title.

  • Professional Language: The job description must be written in a professional tone, free of grammatical errors and inappropriate language.

  • No External Links: Do not include links to competing job boards or websites that require a separate sign-up to view the job details.

3.5. Curated Jobs and Employer Consent

Some job listings on HireMR.in may be added by our editorial team based on verified openings shared on public forums, WhatsApp groups, or social channels. In such cases, we strive to ensure accuracy and remove expired or false listings promptly. Employers can contact us to claim, edit, or remove such listings at any time.

4. Enforcement and Moderation

  • HireMR.in reserves the right to review and moderate all job posts. Violation of this policy may result in a range of actions, including, but not limited to:

    • Editing or removal of your job post without a refund.

    • Temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

    • Reporting your organization and activities to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Reporting a Violation

We encourage our users to help us maintain the quality of our platform. If you see a job post that you believe violates our policies, please use the “Report this Job” feature on the listing or contact our support team directly.

6. Policy Updates

HireMR.in may update this Job Posting Policy at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
