We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Business Manager (ABM) to manage and expand our Pediatric Division in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales, managing field teams, and ensuring strong market presence across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) to achieve business targets.
- Plan and execute area-wise sales and marketing strategies.
- Strengthen relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance.
- Ensure coverage and visibility of products within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain reporting discipline and compliance with company standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Science / Pharmacy preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of pharma sales experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Proven ability to handle a sales team and deliver results.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
