Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Field Managers (FMs), and Senior Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs).
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and devise counter-strategies.
- Drive sales performance through effective planning, coaching, and monitoring.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distribution partners.
- Ensure successful implementation of marketing and brand strategies across the region.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Science or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including team handling.
- Proven expertise in managing large territories and multiple therapy segments.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
