Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Field Managers (FMs), and Senior Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs).
  • Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and devise counter-strategies.
  • Drive sales performance through effective planning, coaching, and monitoring.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distribution partners.
  • Ensure successful implementation of marketing and brand strategies across the region.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Science or Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including team handling.
  • Proven expertise in managing large territories and multiple therapy segments.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
