Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and promote Winspire division products in the assigned territory (Agra HQ).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and chemists.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Ensure product visibility and availability in the territory.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in pharma sales (required)
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
  • Work Days: 5 days per week
  • Skills: Strong communication, relationship management, and target-oriented
