Job Description
Requirements:
- Division/Segment: Cardio Diabetic.
- Qualification: Graduate with Good communication skills.
- Experience Criteria:
- Prior ABM experience is preferred.
- OR Minimum 3-4 years experience as a Medical Representative (MR) specifically in the same South Delhi area is also eligible.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to cover the South Delhi HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the field sales team (or operate as a senior individual contributor) within the South Delhi territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Cardio Diabetic portfolio.
- Ensure the achievement of area sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with Cardiologists, Diabetologists, and key prescribers in the area.
