Key Responsibilities

As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for: – Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory. – Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders. – Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for growth. – Leading and mentoring a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance. – Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess: – A degree in any field. – More than 5 years of experience in the CNS segment as a Medical Representative or at least 1 year as an Area Sales Manager. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – A proven track record of achieving sales targets. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
