Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business growth in Oncology/Uro-Oncology segment across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hospitals, and key healthcare providers.
- Plan and execute strategic business initiatives to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and field teams for promotional campaigns and product launches.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Oncology or Uro-Oncology pharmaceutical segment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in the pharmaceutical industry (Onco segment preferred).
- Graduate in any discipline; life sciences or pharmacy qualifications preferred.
