Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business growth in Oncology/Uro-Oncology segment across assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hospitals, and key healthcare providers.
  • Plan and execute strategic business initiatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field teams for promotional campaigns and product launches.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the Oncology or Uro-Oncology pharmaceutical segment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in the pharmaceutical industry (Onco segment preferred).
  • Graduate in any discipline; life sciences or pharmacy qualifications preferred.
