Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team in the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets and business growth for Neuro/Psychiatry products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical regulations.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Sc or B.Pharm graduate.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Neuro / Psychiatry segment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities.
