Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Company: Alembic Pharma
Division: Cardio Diabetic
Location (HQ): Chandigarh
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as Area Manager in Cardio Diabetic division
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sales team for the Cardio Diabetic division in Chandigarh.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and channel partners.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics.
  • Train, motivate, and develop the field force for maximum productivity.
  • Report performance and strategy updates to higher management.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must have minimum 1 year of ASM experience (Cardio Diabetic division preferred).
  • Graduate in Science/Pharmacy or any relevant discipline.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
