Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Company: Stedman Pharma
Location (HQ): Coimbatore
Specialty / Segment: Gyn-Pediatric
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as Area Sales Manager
Age Limit: Below 37 years
Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team in the Gyn-Pediatric segment for Coimbatore HQ.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and chemists.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise the field team for maximum performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1-year experience as Area Sales Manager in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Experience in Gyn-Pediatric segment preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Age should not exceed 37 years.
