Area Sales Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve targets for Cardio Diabetic products within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and distributors.
• Manage and train medical representatives in the region.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share market feedback with management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical marketing regulations.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum experience in Cardio Diabetic sales segment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Age limit: below 38 years.
