  • Experience: Relevant pharma sales experience with Ortho / CP segment is mandatory
  • Qualification: Graduate (Science / Pharmacy preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage field sales activities in the Ortho / CP division.
  • Guide and support Medical Representatives for effective product promotion.
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and distributors.
  • Drive sales targets and ensure market penetration.
  • Provide training and monitor performance of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of pharma sales experience with strong exposure in Ortho / CP segment.
  • Proven ability to handle a team and achieve sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
