Key Responsibilities

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory. This includes managing relationships with healthcare professionals, conducting market analysis, and leading a team of sales representatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales. Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be preferred.

Desired Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The candidate should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of the local market and healthcare landscape will be an advantage.
