Key Responsibilities

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets in Goa.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the Cardio and Diabetology segments.
• Leading and mentoring a team of sales representatives to enhance performance.
• Monitoring sales performance and preparing reports for management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the Cardio and Diabetology segments.
• A bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
