Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

• Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• A graduate in any stream.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the pediatric segment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
