Shield Healthcare is hiring an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) for its Lucknow headquarters. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in the Gynecology segment and must be based in Lucknow. Senior Medical Representatives with relevant gynecology experience and leadership potential are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with gynecologists and key healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure coverage of assigned territories and drive prescription growth.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training & motivation.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must have Gynecology segment exposure.
  • Must be based in Lucknow.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of pharma sales experience.
  • Senior Medical Representatives ready for the next level are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
