Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales for the assigned territory as 1st line/IC role.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure growth of the speciality division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance for achieving business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in Oncology or Neurology segment in Pharma or Diagnostics.
- Proven track record in sales management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
