Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and drive growth for assigned brands.
• Manage and motivate field staff for optimal productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Execute marketing strategies effectively across assigned territories.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Candidates with relevant pharma experience only (preferably in Gastro/Ortho segment).
• Qualification: Graduate / B.Pharm / Science background preferred.
• Location: Must be based in or around Dehradun.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
