We are now expanding our presence in Uttar Pradesh and looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our team in Lucknow, Kanpur, and Gorakhpur regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies for assigned territory.
  • Build strong relations with doctors, stockists, and distributors.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotional activities in the field.
  • Analyze area performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Plan and conduct regular joint fieldwork with team members.
  • Ensure secondary sales and stock management.
  • Provide continuous training, coaching, and performance evaluation for the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a 1st Line Manager / Area Sales Manager in a reputed pharma company.
  • Should have handled Multi-Speciality / General / Physician / Gyne / Ortho segments.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
  • Age below 37 years.
