Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Medical Representatives across Sangli and Karad.
• Drive sales and achieve division targets in the assigned territory.
• Build and strengthen relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors.
• Implement strategic marketing plans to enhance product visibility.
• Conduct regular fieldwork, reviews, and business analysis for continuous growth.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an ABM/ASM in Pharma sales.
• Candidates from Multi-Speciality / Dynamix Division preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Graduate in Science / Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team performance.
