Area Sales Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure effective product promotion across the assigned specialties.
• Maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors.
• Drive sales growth and implement territory-specific marketing strategies.
• Conduct regular fieldwork, team reviews, and market analysis for consistent performance.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Manager (ABM) in the same region.
• Strong hold in Ortho, Gyn, Phy, and Nephro segments is mandatory.
• Age limit: Up to 40 years.
• Graduate in Science / Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
