Requirements

• Qualification: B.Sc / D. Pharma / Any Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Ortho or Gastro segment
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
• Strong Leadership Skills with proven territory management experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals.
• Conduct market analysis and ensure effective product promotion.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and guidance.
• Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales goals.
