Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives
  • Drive sales growth in Gyn & IVF segment across assigned Bangalore territory
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key gynaecologists, IVF centres, and hospitals
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Conduct field coaching, joint working, and performance reviews
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and compliance

  • Proven experience in Gyn / IVF segment
  • Strong leadership, territory handling, and market knowledge
