Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives
- Drive sales growth in Gyn & IVF segment across assigned Bangalore territory
- Build and strengthen relationships with key gynaecologists, IVF centres, and hospitals
- Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct field coaching, joint working, and performance reviews
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and compliance
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Gyn / IVF segment
- Strong leadership, territory handling, and market knowledge
- Result-oriented with excellent communication skills
