Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive sales in the assigned territory (Naari Gynaec division).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Support and mentor the field team in the territory.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to regional management.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate / D. Pharma
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as ASM
  • Local candidates preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
