Area Sales Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales operations in the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Mentor and supervise field sales team (if applicable).

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate / B.Pharma.
• Minimum 1 year experience as ASM or minimum 5 years experience as Medical Representative.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with the Orthopedic segment is preferred.
