Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. You will also be responsible for conducting market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, preparing proposals, and presenting them to clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Science or any relevant field. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales is preferred. Candidates with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry will have an added advantage.

Desired Skills

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is also desirable.
