Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include promoting derma-cosmetic products through regular visits to dermatologists, cosmetologists, pharmacists, and clinics. You will detail the benefits, usage, and scientific data of our products, aiming to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Building strong relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and organizing CMEs or promotional events will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will gather market feedback on trends, competitors, and customer needs while maintaining detailed records of interactions using CRM tools.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in sciences, pharmacy, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in dermatology or pharma sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and product knowledge skills are essential, as is familiarity with medical terminology and territory management. A valid driver’s license for local travel in Ghatkopar and surrounding Mumbai areas is required, and fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is advantageous.
