Key Responsibilities

As a Business Manager, your primary focus will be on driving area-wise secondary business growth. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Providing training and support to the sales team.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Science (B.Sc).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative, with a proven track record of success.
• Freshers are also welcome to apply.
