Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve divisional targets across the expansive territory (Ambala, Karnal, Ropar, Chandigarh, Shimla, Panipat).
  • Develop strategic plans and effective sales tactics for the Phytonova portfolio.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the team of Medical Representatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and ensure efficient distribution and coverage across the region.
