Job Description

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative.
  • Qualification: Graduate in Science or Pharmacy preferred.
  • Age: Below 30 years.
  • Skills: Strong communication, relationship management, and product presentation skills.
  • Preference: Candidates with exposure to ENT, Chest, or Specialty divisions will be prioritized.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Cipla’s ENT and Chest segment products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to doctors, stockists, and chemists in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Submit accurate sales and market feedback reports to the management team.
