Job Description

Requirements:

  • Experience: ABM experience is must (as a First Line Manager).
  • Age: Must be less than 35 years.
  • Qualification: Graduation (Any Degree).
  • Strong working knowledge of the Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Hoshiarpur territories.
  • Expertise in the Acute segment (Nurture Division) is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and sales strategy execution skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team covering the Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Hoshiarpur territories.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for the Nurture (Acute) Division.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct joint field work, and provide effective coaching.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key prescribers and distributors across the area.
  • Ensure ethical promotional practices and compliance within the team.
