Area Sales Manager

Job Description

Requirements:

• Experience: Experienced MR or Senior MR candidates are preferred and encouraged to apply. Prior team handling experience is an advantage.
• Segment: Mandatory experience or strong exposure to the Neuro/Psy (Neurology/Psychiatry) segment.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
• Qualification: Any Degree (Graduate).
• Strong knowledge and working experience across the Cochin, Thrissur, Kollam, and Kottayam territories.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets within the specialized Neuro/Psy segment.
• Manage the extensive territory comprising Cochin, Thrissur, Kollam, and Kottayam.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the CNS market.
• Monitor team performance, conduct joint field work, and provide necessary coaching.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Neurologists, Psychiatrists, and key specialists.
